Power Monitor is an electrical outage detection and monitoring utility that transforms a secondary Android smartphone or tablet into a continuous sentinel that broadcasts status notifications when AC charging power is connected or interrupted.

Battery & Charging Hardware Broadcasts: Monitored locally to detect the exact timestamp of AC power disconnect and reconnect events.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Used to display status notifications and issue alert broadcasts to the device user.

3. Data Protection

All outage event logs, uptime history, and alert configurations remain strictly on your local device. Power Monitor does not collect personal identifiers, device serials, or behavioral analytics.
